Start game as usual, in game - bring up the console with ~ (TILDE) and enter the following codes (NOT CaSe SeNsItIvE):

NITRO GOD - toggle "godmode"

NITRO GIVEALL - toggle "all weapons & ammo"

NITRO GIVEMONEY - toggle "get 999,999 cash"

NITRO KILLALL - toggle "kill all enemies instantly"

NITRO FLY - toggle "flymode" (fly above surface)

NITRO GHOST - toggle "ghostmode" (fly above & beneath surface)

NITRO REFRESH - refresh health

NITRO CHANGELEVEL - advance to next level

NITRO SPEED X - X equals movement speed 1 (normal) to 10 (fast)
