Assault: West Front by DAS Entertainment (www.d-a-s.com/entertainment)
and Freedon Games (www.freedomgamesinc.com) is now available for download.
Some gamers were experiencing problems on Windows 98 and ME systems and this
update addresses those issues.
David Heath, Director of Operations for Matrix Games, said ?We received some
early reports of some issues with the demo that were not in the full game, so
we move to address them quickly by releasing this update. We hope this will
allow the largest possible audience of gamers to experience and enjoy Squad
Assault: West Front. Several new screenshots have also been posted on the Squad

In the demo for Squad Assault: West Front, you command troops in both the Allied
and German Armies of the West Front of World War II in an immersive full 3-D
continuous time environment. Two scenarios are included along with online multi-player
capability. In addition, this demo is based on the latest version of Squad Assault,
which is now available in the form of a separate update for existing owners.
