Патч American Chopper v 1.2

Патч полностью сбивает русскую версию, язык получается не понятным (русский в вперемешку с английским). Приходится играть только в англ. версию. Русификатор ставить не советую, так как в некоторых версиях отсутствует графика байков и они полностью белые.

All bugs were fixed for configurations using video cards without pixel shader
support:
- pixel/vertex shaders functionality support for low-end configurations
- bug with "stealth" cars fixed
- bike wheel trace disabled (like emap and shadows) for the low-end
configurations
- pixel shaders initialization now depends on capability of video card

Known/potential features:
- bike wheel trace problem still can be an issue for some video cards
(additional testing needed)
